By purchasing from Houstongotsole, you agree to all policies listed on our website, including our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

We specialize in sourcing authentic footwear, including limited and early-release pairs. Due to the nature of early or limited releases, slight variations in materials, stitching, packaging, labeling, or internal details may occur compared to later mass retail production pairs.

All products are sourced through trusted suppliers and retail channels. Minor factory inconsistencies or manufacturer quality control variations may be present and are not considered defects.

Proof of purchase and/or authentication documentation may be available upon request, when applicable.

All sales are final once an order has been processed and/or shipped. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor production variations as stated above.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, sizing information, and policies prior to completing a purchase.
