International Shipping:

Express Shipping:

International Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on customs processing.
Cost: Calculated at checkout. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, processing times may be extended.


Pre-Orders

Items listed as Pre-Order are not in-hand at the time of purchase.

  • Estimated shipping time for pre-order items is typically 2–4 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
  • Pre-order timelines are estimates and may be affected by supplier delays, production schedules, or shipping carrier issues.
  • Pre-order items will ship once they arrive at our facility.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available.

Pre-orders are considered final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address to ensure successful delivery.
